Spanish Day
On Tuesday 24th March we celebrated SPH’s first Spanish Day. There was lots to enjoy and participate in throughout the day, from the ‘guess the Spanish speaking teacher’ quiz in form time to the year 7 movie screening of ‘Coco’ after school.
The Language Leaders did a great job of encouraging others to try some delicious Spanish snacks at break, putting ‘por favour’ and ‘gracias’ to good use! At lunch we had even more delicious food to taste, including paella and chocolate churros. We had Spanish music playing and lots of students (and staff) enjoyed a bit of Just Dance to keep the fiesta spirit going.
